Odia scientist Dr. Sachi Nandan Mohanty is set to deliver an invited talk at the 22nd International Conference on Advanced Visual and Signal-Based Systems (AVSS 2026), to be held on 31 August 2026 in Lecce, Italy.

Dr. Mohanty will present his invited lecture on the cutting-edge topic, “EEG-Based Brain-Computer Interface for Robotic System Control Using Right-Left Hand Movements with Ensemble Model.” His presentation will highlight the convergence of neuroscience and artificial intelligence, showcasing advanced methodologies that enable robotic system control through electroencephalogram (EEG)-based brain signals. The talk is expected to provide insights into the latest developments in brain-computer interface (BCI) technology and its applications in intelligent robotic systems.
