Popular educator and YouTuber Khan Sir has received interim protection from arrest in connection with the recent firing and vandalism case involving his coaching institute in Patna. The relief was granted by a local court on Tuesday after the educator approached it seeking anticipatory bail.

Khan Sir, whose real name is Faisal Khan, was named in an FIR following an incident at the Khan Global Studies Institute, where a group of individuals allegedly vandalized the premises, tore down posters, and pelted stones. CCTV footage reportedly captured the attack, while separate videos showed security guards firing shots into the air during the disturbance.

According to police, two security guards were detained and questioned. Investigators claim the guards admitted to firing licensed rifles during the incident and stated that Khan Sir was present at the location. Based on the findings, police included Khan Sir and two others in the case under charges related to attempted murder and violations of the Arms Act.

Khan Sir’s legal team has maintained that the case is part of an effort to tarnish his reputation. The court’s interim order ensures that he will not be arrested until the next hearing while he continues to cooperate with the investigation.
