On September 19, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, a Bollywood couple, welcomed their second child, a girl.. The couple announced the happy news through a joint Instagram post, simply writing, “Welcome baby girl.”
The announcement was met with an outpouring of love from fans, friends, and members of the film industry. Several celebrities congratulated the couple on the new addition to their family.
Their first child, Dua, was born on September 8, 2024, and their second daughter arrived almost two years later. Interestingly, the couple used the same words while announcing Dua’s arrival.
Days before the birth, Deepika and Ranveer visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple with Ranveer’s parents. Before Dua was born in 2024, the couple had already been to the shrine.
Deepika and Ranveer married in November 2018 in Lake Como, Italy, after falling in love while working together on Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. They have two daughters now.
