Jio Platforms is set for a major stock market debut on October 28, 2026, following an initial public offering (IPO) that values the company at ₹10.3 lakh crore.

The company issued 27 crore new shares at ₹1,119 per share, making the offering one of the biggest milestones in India’s IPO market.

At its IPO valuation, Jio Platforms would rank as India’s fourth-most valuable company, behind Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel and HDFC Bank.

Market attention is now focused on the company’s listing on the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange. If the shares debut at a 20% premium, the price could reach approximately ₹1,340 per share, taking its market capitalisation beyond ₹12.3 lakh crore. This could make Jio Platforms India’s second-most valuable listed company.

The listing could also push the combined market capitalisation of Jio Platforms and Reliance Industries beyond ₹27 lakh crore.

As of October 27, the listed Tata Group companies had a combined market value of around ₹25.7 lakh crore, while Adani Group’s listed companies stood at approximately ₹16.6 lakh crore.

However, the actual listing price will depend on market demand and trading conditions. Investors will closely watch the debut as Jio Platforms enters India’s public equity market.
