Bhubaneswar: As many as 14 eminent personalities from different fields were felicitated at the ‘Our Nation, Our Odisha’ programme held in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday. The event witnessed the presence of noted intellectuals, academicians, writers, artists and social contributors, who were honoured for their outstanding contributions to society and the state.
During the programme, a special magazine highlighting Odisha’s cultural heritage, social progress and national contribution was formally released by the dignitaries on the dais. The publication focuses on Odisha’s identity, values and role in nation-building.
Speaking on the occasion, the guests emphasised the importance of preserving Odisha’s rich cultural legacy while actively contributing to the country’s overall development. They noted that such platforms not only recognise excellence but also inspire the younger generation to work with commitment and integrity.
