Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and gusty winds in eight Odisha districts during the next three hours.
The warning, issued at 7.10 PM on Tuesday, covers Mayurbhanj, Kendujhar, Baleshwar, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Bargarh, Subarnapur and Sundargarh.
Winds may reach speeds of 30-40 kmph during the weather activity. The Meteorological Centre has advised residents to stay alert, monitor weather updates, and take necessary precautions if conditions worsen.
