Speaking during a recent interaction with Variety while on a trip to the United States, Aamir acknowledged the reports and confirmed that the wedding plans are indeed in place. The actor shared that both he and Gauri have decided to formally celebrate their commitment after spending considerable time together as partners.
Aamir revealed that although marriage was not initially a priority for the couple, their relationship has grown stronger over time. According to him, they now feel ready to take the next step and officially begin a new chapter together. The actor described their bond as deeply committed and said formalizing their relationship felt like a natural progression.
Gauri Spratt, originally from Bengaluru, is associated with the wellness and beauty sector. She came into the public spotlight after Aamir introduced her during celebrations surrounding his 60th birthday in March 2025. At the time, the actor disclosed that they had known each other for several years before reconnecting and developing a close relationship.
Since making their relationship public, the couple has appeared together on multiple occasions, including the premiere of Aamir’s film Sitaare Zameen Par.
This will be Aamir Khan’s third marriage. He was previously married to Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira.
